Credit/Forex/General Banking/Legal matters both in India and internationally, management of stressed assets, recovery of NPAs, OTS, Handling DRT cases, day to day follow up with advocates for speedy action in the suit filed cases, leading large teams of 500+ people coupled with an in-depth understanding of corporate financing/ debt restructuring, retail & SME financing. Have good experience of handling Insolvency & Bankruptcy cases on behalf of the bank as per UK Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law during my tenure of three and a Half years in UK. Practiced as Insolvency Professional after passing Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and getting registered with the Board since August, 2017.
